If your child is due to start school in September 2022 and you would like to have a tour of Lady Boswell's, please email the school email@example.com to book a place. Tours take place every Monday afternoon at 2pm.
We fully appreciate the enormity of choosing a school for your child and how difficult this process might be during the pandemic. We have created a short film which we hope will offer you a flavour of Lady Boswell's and what makes us different. You can find this at the start of the previous Admissions page.
If your child is due to start school in the next academic year, you will need to apply online to KCC. Please read through the Admissions Policy shown below and complete and return the Supplementary Information Form found at the end of the Policy (unless you are applying under Criteria 9 - All Other Children) directly to Lady Boswell's School.
Applications closed on Monday 17 January 2022. If you have not applied and are a Kent resident please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your child’s name, date of birth, full address. They will advise you of the next steps.
We are happy to answer any questions that you may have. If they are not answered in the FAQ (frequently asked questions) below, please email email@example.com
In the April prior to your child starting school you will be informed by the Local Authority which school your child has been allocated. You can appeal against the decision and the allocation letter will outline how to go about making such an appeal. If your child is due to start primary school in September 2022 you can appeal between 19th April -16 May 2022 for it to be considered by 19 July 2022. Any appeals received after this time will be heard within 40 school days from the deadline, or where reasonably possible in line with updated guidance from the Department for Education.
For late applications, appeals should be heard within 40 schools days from the deadline for lodging appeals where possible, or within 30 schools days of the appeals being lodged where reasonably possible inline with updated guidance from the Department for Education.
